    MCX

Cybertel Bridge delivers a complete portfolio of MCX solutions, from core servers to operational and field-level tools, designed to support every layer of mission-critical communication with flexibility, reliability, and industry-grade performance across diverse environments and use cases.

MC Gateway UE

MC Gateway UE, which facilitates MCX services on legacy devices such as cab radios, dispatch consoles and donor RoIP gateways.
It provides configuration guidance and outlines the API communication between the MCX AS and MC Gateway UE.

The MC Gateway UE acts as middleware to enable Push-to-Talk (PTT) and Push-to-Video (PTV) services between MCX AS and non-3GPP applications.
It comprises a SIP stack layer, MCPTT CSC interface and UDP interface which allowing point-to-point communication without requiring significant modifications to legacy devices.

MC Gateway UE Architecture

Cybertel MC Gateway UE runs in user mode on both Windows (10, 11) and Linux (kernel 3.x/4.x/5.x) platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing devices. It is a standalone process that communicates with the MCX server, executing call features and reporting status updates.
