    Integration

Cybertel Bridge provides a comprehensive range of integration capabilities covering interfaces and systems essential to mission-critical service deployment, including interworking functions, QoS control, authentication, OSS, and multimedia delivery, ensuring seamless compatibility and network-wide interoperability.

CDR

Charging Data Records (CDRs) capture session-level activity details across all types of communications within the MCX system—including voice, video and messaging.

CDRs are critical for :

  • Billing and subscription tracking
  • Service usage analysis
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Network performance monitoring

Cybertel MCX platform provides automated, detail and customizable CDR generation for group and individual call events, with flexible export options for integration with external billing systems.

Key Benefits

  • Billing-Ready Format

CDRs support usage-based charging (per second/minute per user)

  • Detailed Session Logs

Records every call, participant, timing and result

  • Automation

Files are generated and saved automatically—ready for transfer

  • Regulatory Transparency

Ensures data integrity for auditing and dispute resolution

Use Cases

  • Public safety LTE operators issuing bills per IMSI/SIM
  • Government or enterprise customers analysing usage by tenant/group
  • Integration with telecom-grade BSS/OSS platforms

Integration Reference Point

CDR Architecture

Cybertel MCX Server autonomously generates structured CDR files in CSV, XLS, or JSON formats. Files are saved to local storage and transferred to post-processing billing systems via Push, Pull, or Hot Billing (real-time API) methods.
